SanctionCheck Release - December '22

We are excited to bring you our newest update to SanctionCheck! Below is a list of new features available in the release.

Asynchronous Batches and Multiple Uploads

Batch jobs will now run in the background of the application, allowing users to continue to use the application while the batch is uploading and processing. Please note, there will be no visual display of a batch’s progress on screen instead, a Success/Failure email will be sent to the user once the batch job has completed.

With the introduction of asynchronous batches, users are now also able to upload batches to multiple lists in the same user session without having to wait for the previous job to complete.

LicenseCheck Access Permissions for User Profiles

Clients with a subscription to LicenseCheck will see a “LicenseCheck Access” field in user profiles. When “Yes” is selected the user will be able to see the “LicenseCheck” tab in their navigation bar at the top of the screen.

Alphabetical Sort Feature for Prime List 'Search Name'

Users now have the option to sort the ‘Search Name’ column in Ascending and Descending order.

User Cell Phone Number

Users can now store a Cell Phone Number in their profiles. Please note, this field should only be populated with numeric values.

Profile Name Display

If a user’s profile name is too long to display in a single line in the top right of the navigation bar, it will now end in an ellipses. Hovering over the user profile icon will display the name below.
